The Philippines during her Med school years and Master Tooher was always so kind to send me Training vids and materials throughout those years which I will always be grateful. Amazing! I just have an observation, it's something I am trying to work on, I've noticed when sparring we get into this 50/50 back and forth "fencing" dance. I am wondering why do we fall into this, when we practice alot of lateral movements to come off the central line and switching our stance? Is this something more advanced people don't do, because I am still very much a new student.
